What are the Threshold Business Workshops?

Threshold provides art-based workshops that teach people in organizations about abstract thinking, ways to increase creativity, and how to access the “conceptual mind.” Through guided explorations in painting, writing, and story-telling, we encourage participants to look at perceived limitations in new ways, and explore problem-solving with new tools. As a result, problems become opportunities for new experiences, participants find deeper involvement in their creativity, and decision-making is infused with possibility and authenticity. The workshops also work to increase collaborative creativity and team synergy, and to promote an organizational culture that supports the creative process. Not least, the workshops are a lot of fun.
